5 acre retail center located at Cave Creek and Rose Garden. Install Reinforced Concrete Pipe Storm Drain, Sanitary Sewer System, Domestic Water, and Fire Line for 5 acre office park. Project included crossing Cave Creek Road 3 times, work had to be completed at night to minimize traffic disruption.

Install storm water retention system for new Lowes Store. Project consisted of 6100 feet of 9' CMP Retention pipe, 50 catch basins and almost 3 miles of connecting HDPE Pipe.
MOHAWK ROSE PHASE 1 &2 Completion Date:

Infrastructure development project which consisted of approximately 1 mile 12" water main 20 plus hydrants and approximately 1 mile of clay sewer line 15 manholes. Most of this project was right of way work on a busy collector street.Much of this work was completed in adverse weather conditions
Work included installation of CMP retention system, Santiary Sewer, Domestic water and fire line. MDI also was contracted te demo an existing 96" cast in place storm main and replace with new Reinforced Concrete Pipe weighing 42000 pounds per section.
